Vineyard Information
2003 was an early vintage on the Central Coast. A very mild winter was followed by an equally gentle spring. Summer Followed suit and we found ourselves harvesting in early August, one month ahead of the previous harvest.
Winemaking & Cellar Information
Essentially, this Chardonnay was crafted with the least opportunity for sensory experiences outside the pure-Chardonnay realm. A very focused Chardonnay varetial experience was attained. No barrels; no malolatic fermentation; pure fruit.
