Our Tepesquet block of Chardonnay was first picked on September 19th, 2002. Uniform levels of ripeness were reached in all five blocks of Chardonnay destined for the Tolosa label. Analytical Information Alcohol: 14.1% T.A.: 6.98 g/L pH: 3.43 Brix at harvest: 24.4 Winemaker Notes Brillant, green-straw color. Aroma of honeyed-citrus blossom and flinty minerals are opening nicely. Entry on the palate is silky and rich. Flavors compliment the aromatics and finish with a hint of hazelnut. Library Notes Mature, sweet mouth-feel, with a great texture. This wine has developed aromas of jasmine flower and kepts it's citrus notes of lime. It's at a perfect time to drink!
