This will be our 4th Annual blending seminar but it will be our first ever white wine blending seminar! Bring out your winemaking skills for this afternoon of blending Tolosa white wines. There will be 5-6 teams that work together in making what they think will be the best white wine blend. Following lunch we'll blind taste the wines and vote for the winning blend, which will be bottled as the first ever Mission V White Wine Blend to be released in 2011.
